God the Father

We believe in one God who is eternal, all powerful and living.

We believe he is the Creator of the universe and exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

 

God the Son

We believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the son of the living God, fully God and fully man born of a virgin.

We believe that Jesus Christ was sent into the world to reconcile men and women back to the Father.

We believe Jesus Christ was crucified and bore the sins of the world. 

We believe that Jesus Christ was raised from the dead for the justification of all true believers.

We believe that Jesus Christ ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of the Father.

 

God the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, who was sent by the Father to comfort believers. 

We believe that he leads believers into all truth and sinners to repentance.

We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit have not ceased, but rather are for all believers today.

 

The Scriptures

We believe that the Old and New Testament are the divine Word of God the source of all truth. 

We believe that men of God as they were inspired by God wrote down the Scriptures. 

We believe that the word of God is inerrant in its original autographs. 

 

Salvation

We believe that the first man and woman, Adam and Eve sinned, and as a result sin and death came into the world.

We believe that sin eternally separates men and women from God.

We believe that a person will be saved by repenting of their sins, and believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross for their sins.

We believe salvation consists in abiding by faith in Jesus Christ until the day of one’s death or the return of Jesus Christ.

We believe that those who reject the offer of salvation through Jesus Christ will suffer eternal punishment. 

We believe that those who believe on Jesus Christ should make a public confession by being baptized in water.  

We do not believe that baptism saves you.

 

Heaven and Hell

We believe in a literal eternal heaven, where all true believers in Jesus Christ will reign forever. 

We believe that all those who reject Jesus’ offer of salvation will be eternally separated from God in a place of torment, hell.

 

Return of Christ

We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ, and the resurrection to either eternal life or eternal damnation.
